Dr Agnes Obatayo (MBBS,AMC, FRACGP)

Doctor Agnes has a passion for providing patient-centered care for her patients and their families. She graduated from medical school in 2008 and has a vast experience in general practice.

  • Women's health (Pre-conception, counselling, pregnancy care, post-natal care, feeding difficulties, contraception advice, Implanon/Mirena  insertion and removal, Menopause management, Pap smear, STD screening, Menstrual problems)

Dr Adeolu (Deo) Obatayo
MBBS,AMC,FRACGP,Certificate in Primary Care Dermatology/CPC.Derm (RACGP/Australasia College of Dermatology).

Doctor Deo has a vast knowledge in medical and surgical(Procedural GP) medicine spanning over 10 years with half of that in rural medicine where he was required to do more than the usual every day GP to meet the needs of the community given him a wealth of experience over the period.
   He is meticulous in the care of his patients and always aiming for the optimal health possible in every individual.
He is happily married with 3 children and enjoys playing/watching soccer in his own free time, unfortunately he is an Arsenal fan.

Dr Robert Songhurst MBBS, DFFP, DRCOG, FRACGP, MRCGP (UK)

Dr Songhurst graduated from Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals, London in 1999 and following his training, where he achieved a distinction in his membership entry examinations to the Royal College of GPs, worked as a Principal Partner in his own practice for 14 years. He is enthusiastic and passionate about General Practice with many special interests, including Skin cancer and Facial Aesthetics (Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Dermal Fillers).

Dr Phillip Cantwell (MD; AMC)

Dr Phillip graduated from medical school (UOW) in 2015 and has worked in all of Perth's major tertiary centres (Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Fiona Stanley and Royal Perth). He has an interest in the treatment of skin cancers and has worked as a plastic surgery registrar for several years, published in multiple national and international journals, and presented at multiple national and international conferences. Dr Phillip grew up in Tasmania and was a state tennis representative throughout his high school years. Dr Phillip continues to enjoy playing social sport and has a special interest in treating related conditions. Prior to medicine, Dr Phillip completed a degree in chemical engineering.



Dr Sally Moore (BVSc (Hons) MBBS Cert EM (ACEM)

Dr Sally is a GP Registrar (specialising in General Practice). After graduating from Griffith University Medical School in 2010 she has worked as an Emergency Doctor and has attained a Certificate in Emergency Medicine. She is also a qualified Veterinarian. She is happily married with three children, two cats, one dog, and five chooks. Understandably she has a very messy house and tries not to let this bother her. She is very passionate about being a generalist and is excited about seeing and doing everything that general practice has to offer.

Mid wife Ruth
Ruth qualified as a nurse and midwife in the UK. She has worked as a midwife in a variety of settings in the UK and Australia since 1990. Her particular interest is in supporting women and their families during pregnancy and the early days with their new baby. Ruth is an IBLCE certified Lactation consultant and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator.

Jasmin graduated from Murdoch University in 2019 with a great interest in sports and improving the quality of life of clients. During her undergraduate course she worked as a sports trainer with the WAWAFL and the Fremantle Dockers women’s team. She’s had experience working with WAPOL recruitment testing and experience with the Western Fury. Her latest work has been in a clinical environment working alongside clients with a mental health diagnosis. Jasmin loves being in the field of Exercise Physiology as it allows her to help clients make everyday life easier by working toward improving mobility, reducing pain and working toward their health and lifestyle goals.

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in providing consultation, assessment, and therapy to adults, individuals and parent-child/adolescent dyads. She has experience working with a range of issues with adults, including Grief and loss, Trauma, unresolved issues stemming from childhood, depression and Anxiety. Additionally, she has experience working with a range of issues pertaining to children, including; complex trauma, parent-child relationship difficulties as well as behavioural difficulties. Sarah understands how important it is to clients to be able to work with someone who is warm and understanding and who can provide a sense of safety and respect in which healing and long-lasting change can take place. She utilises evidenced based treatments such as CBT, Trauma focused CBT, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and EMDR. She is also a skilled facilitator of the Circle of Security Parenting program.
